Alpha won't show dog tracks???????

It will only show tracks at 25 yd zoom or greater. Anything out beyond 25 and the dog track goes away. Any ideas?

While on the map screen hit the menu and go to restore defaults. Just had mine do that.

From what I seen it only change my map setting back.
