I WAS ON A PKC HUNT IN PA WHEN A FRIENDS DOG WAS SHOT AND KILLED. IT COULD HAVE GOTTEN UGLY REAL QUICK.!!!! BUT THE FOUR HANDLERS WENT TO COURT AND HE WON. NEVER BROUGHT DOG BACK BUT EVERYONE IN AREA NEW WHO THE DOG KILLING A$$ WAS. HE HAD AGRAVATING PROBLEMS ON HIS PLACE A LOT AFTER THAT. HE HE HE.

I hope he gets the fine that I just saw a case where the man that shot the dog ended up with $150,000 settlement. Thank the good Lord the guy kept his wits about him and didn't end up shooting the idiot that shot his dog.
Class D felony. A fine is the least of his worries.

I wonder if the dog shooter would have shot a coyote or rabbit or squirrel if one had crossed his property. Of course not. He just didn't want anyone or their agent ,the dog, to cross his place. It's pure selfishness. I wonder if it's really his property or is he renting it.
