Any NC guys ever hunt Birkhead or Badin?

has anyone ever hunting the gameland in the badin recreation area or Birkhead wilderness and had any luck finding coons? I've got permission to hunt a couple private tracks but they are fairly small blocks and would much more prefer to find some bigger tracts of land to hunt so neighbors and trespassing arnt as much of an issue. I know the rec. area gets hammered with atv and horse riders on weekends and some deer hunters but it's got a good road system and some creeks? Anyone ever hunted in there on the Birkhead tract across 109?
