Could it be done?

Me and a buddy were talking last night and the conversation came up about lights, do any of you guys remember the k light that had the 3 LEDs attached to to the bottom of the 5100 head? Could that also be done with color leds? I still use the 5100 head a lot , just wondering if anybody else had thought of this .

I would be interested in one of those to plug into my belt light.

I'm sure it could be done but you would kind of be going backwards. They can match the color of the 5100 head fairly close and have color built in, plus drastically increase your burn times with led heads that are on the market now.

Thanks for your response joey ! I was just wondering if it could be done. i doubt I'd switch back all the time but with leaves on and a rheostat switch the old heads get nice and dim . Thanks again
