I have a started 2 year old male named Bear. My goal was to start him and sell him and that is why he is being listed. I have nothing to hide about this dog. He isn't a finished dog.
Bear is a dog with great conformation and temperament. I have only had him out 15-20 times. With company he hunts out with the dogs and does open up on tracks with a bawl mouth but not always. He has started to tree better recently with a hard chop instead of the bawl and chop from earlier hunts. Bear has not treed every time i have had him out. I think he has been in contact with a coon 1-2 times. I haven't used any cage coons with him. I have strictly taken him hunting at night. I can also tone and call him in from a good distance away with the e-collar.
I don't feel that he has progressed enough to tree a coon by himself at this time. This dog is freshly started to run and tree and by no means is a finished dog that is consistently running and treeing coons on his own. So don't expect a world champion but a young dog that has showed me a lot of potential. If you have a bunch of dogs then you don't need a dog like this. He needs 100% of your time and effort hunting.

Best offer or trade. Ready for hard hunting this winter. Bear is not a cull because he has a bunch of potential.
