ukc help.

I sent in my puppy papers awhile back to permanently nominate for performance program and register. I sent to checks in for them . The problem is I got papers back it wasn't performanced. I tryed. Calling couldn't get through. Why didn't I get right papers and where's my other money go then? Tim jellison.
