News

The redbone forum is getting slow with the news. So now they have gone to picking on Ole Delcamp.. John, I believe you told me once, " keep from friends close and your enemies closer." Seems like you should heed your own advice. Lucas.

I could write a book on Delcamp and my misadventures.
But I will say this, He has taught me a lot about the do's and donts of hunting with a fat man .For example, NEVER let him follow you to a tree. Always let him lead the way. I learned that lesson one night when I heard a ruckuss behind me and stopped to see what was happnin and Big John had tripped on a stick and was in a major fight with gravity ,runnin full throttle straight at me.
Now you can imagine my dilemma, I can either try and catch him and keep my good friend from falling, or I can get out of the way. Twas a pretty easy decision.
When Gravity finaly won and Big John hit the ground I saw trees shake 30 yards away and the depression he left in the ground holds water year round.
Sadly that was a long time ago and now when he and I are together, I'm the fat one.
