First coon

Turned a coon out this evening that a co worker brought to me today. Walked it down into the woods and released it. I watched it walk out of sight which wasn't far due to how thick the area is. Went back and got the dog collared up and led her to the edge of the woods and cut her loose.. She picked up the trail and treed at 146 yds. Stayed put and barked like an old pro. As far as I know this was the first coon she has ever encountered and she will be 17 mos old next week. She's doing pretty good on squirrel too. Ive got high hopes for next season. Thanks for reading..
