Nationals Bench Show Changes and Awards Package

There will be a few changes this year with regards to the show at the Nationals.

1) The show will be held in the evening, following the All Star Series Awards Ceremony. In the past, the show was held during the day on Friday. We're going to try this and see how it works out. The reason for this change is that the last round casts usually overlap with the Awards Banquet at 7 pm. This time slot change will hopefully have everyone back and then we'll do the show after the Awards in the evening. 8:00 pm deadline to enter the show. $15 entry fee.

2) In the past we've had an awards package for the National Grand Champion winner. That is the winning dog in the Grand Class. All other classes received trophies.

This year the winner of the Grand Class will still be awarded a degree of National Grand Champion, as usual. All category winners will receive nice awards as well. However, the Overall Nationals Bench Show Winner will be decided in a final three-dog class, consisting of the Best of Winners, the Champion Winner, and the Grand Champion Winner. The awards package will go the overall winner.
