Help sponsor a trophy for the wv state youth championship

2016 West Virginia State Youth Championship

Help Sponsor a trophy or Prize!!!!

This year the West Virginia State Youth Championship will be hosted by the braxton county coon hunters association and held at the Holly Gray Park in Flatwoods WV. As the fundraising efforts for the 2016 West Virginia State Youth Championship begin to get underway you can help to make this event an event our future generation will remember forever. You can help by sponsoring a trophy or a prize that will be awarded that day.
This year we will be holding four events (Field Trial, Bench Show, Water Race, and Nite Hunt) along with many other activities to keep your hunter busy.
To sponsor a trophy, simply pick out the trophy you would like to sponsor and send in your donation. Until the money is received the trophy will be marked as pending. You will have two weeks from the time you requested the trophy to get your donation to us or the trophy will be available to someone else. This a firm deadline because in the years past we have had people not pay and prevent other people from sponsoring the trophy of their choice. Once the money is received, the trophy will be marked as paid and will no longer be available to sponsor.
This year’s trophies will be wooden trophies and the prizes will be added daily. Every trophy sponsored will carry an extra tag on the trophy with your kennel name, coon club’s name, or business’ name you choose to let everyone know you helped to make the 2016 WV state youth hunt a success!
Once you have decided which prize(s) you would like to sponsor, simply message me through here or email me: gdgchamp56@hotmail.com and let me know which prize you would like to sponsor and how you are paying. Please remember your payment must be received within two weeks. Make checks payable to Wv state coon hunters association and mail to

The date is June 25th. The events are open to UKC registered Coonhounds.

WV State Youth is just a few weeks away. If anyone is going to sponsor a trophy it needs done this week. Or any other raffle items. We have a bench show judge picked from the State of WV so bring those kids and hounds and participate in all 4 events.

We will be sendin a tree tie lead, 2 garmin lanyards, and a show lead for prizes. I believe wife sent them this mornin. Cant be there cause of my 5 year old nephews birthday party and we got him his first gun. .410 single shot break open youth shotgun. So i gotta go to that lol

I just seen this. I am so sorry. I looked in my email but still haven't found an email from you but I'll continue to look. Right now every overall and reserve winner will receive a light as well as the overall line and tree on the water race and field trial. We would like to get enough lights donated to give every hunt winner a light but need more sponsors in order to do so

Its never been a problem. Always had a soft spot for the youth. Never really had any gaurdians myself in my hobbies. Someone has to counteract all the anti stuff bein pushed out there. Just wish i had the means to do more. Lol but moneys what i dont have
