Info on running pen

Putting up a 5 acre running pen and wanted to see if anyone can tell me the laws on rabbits. I want to put wild ones and red back San Juan crosses in if possible. Not sure by law if I'm allowed to stock with wild cotton tails. Can't find any info in my state laws. I'm in Pennsylvania. Thanks for any help.
