penicillin

How much does penicillin affect a dogs nose. Does it affect there hunting at all?

I never noticed any difference while my hounds were on penicillin.

Never had penicillin affect them enough to notice, but Cephalexin will dull their sense of smell.( as per the vet)

Just wondering my 20 month old has been a little sick gave him penicillian and to me has looked a little crazy in the woods. Im beginning to think he is just crazy.

i have never seen penicillin cause any problems unless it was gave in real high doses over a long period of time all though just about any type of meds will if giving in high doses for a long time ..
