How do you get someone to answer the phone at the UKC office? I've tried for a couple weeks now & just keep getting put on hold & no one ever answers. Thanks in advance for any information.

2 WAYS NEVER call on monday, and wait 20 min.

Call first thing of a morning. No use in calling at dinner time cant get through. You'd think as rich as they all are they'd hire some more folks
