Garmin DC 50 Problem

DC 50 collar will not come on at all. Try to hook it back up to the charger and will not even charge. Anyone got any advise?

plug it into the computer and try a master reset. That is pushing the off on button 4 times. Probably won't work.
Call Garmin at 1800-800-1020 and get and exchange
