Lost Puppy Papers

I've tried to call and keep getting put on hold for a long time, so I'll try here. How do I get a new set of puppy papers?

Assuming you're the breeder, you would need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms. This form can be downloaded from our website, or you can send me a PM with your name & complete mailing address and the fact that you need a duplicate application and I can mail one to you.

OK. The breeder is the only person that can apply for another set of the temporary papers. Then they would sign the duplicate papers over to you, just as they did the original papers.

Ok, the breeder is the one that owns the sire or the dam?
