Pup trainer

Im looking for an older dog one that would be good to train a couple young pups with. My dogs can strike a trail but have hard time tracking they have the basics just need an old dog to show them the rest of the way. I'm located in Fort Smith Arkansas but will travel a little ways for the right price. Let me know what is out there. Thanks for yalls time.
