UKC Registration Dept could you or someone please help?

Brian Flowers of Indiana had a litter of pups where he sent the pups papers into you all. He said that you all did not get them and that you all would send by certified mail the necessary paper work to register the litter. This walker cross has 3 UKC world champs in them with the close one being Scar. I got one of the males for my friend and we have desperately asked for Brians help. Brian assured us he has desperately begged you all to send the papers claiming that you all have on several times sent them by certified mail to him. Can any one help please? I would be more than glad to do or pay anything that will help us get the papers on this 6 month old walker male pup. Thanks again.

If we didn't receive his litter application we would either send him another one by regular mail or he would be able to download the application from our website.
