Grntch Grfch Grch Bill's Lil Buddy HTX has treed more bear than any dog I personally know of.He isn't hunted on bear , was never trained to hunt bear he just trees them pretty often. He's treed around 45-50 of them by himself. Some were most likely the same ones sometimes, but different nights. His sire Grntch Wade's Big Red HTX treed quite a few of them too. Like Buddy though,I wasn't out to tree bear with Red,he just treed them some.Couldnt tell you how gritty they are on bear ,never had either fight one on the ground .Plenty of speed here though.Buddy sounds like a nice bet to me for you,but I don't know bear dogs.If your interested I could get you in contact with Bill Henry about Buddy.I'd love to come see those bear dogs go.

Hes been trying to track something down that he'd consider worthy, as well. You definitely don't want to breed to just anything.
