New Mexico bear hunting

I'm active duty military stationed in North Carolina and originally from Tennessee. My father in law and myself would like to take a trip down to New Mexico and do some bear hunting. If anyone could help me out with this it would be appreciated. Maybe some info on where the best hunting is or maybe someone has some private land they would let us hunt? Any help is appreciated. We have a pack of dogs we would be bringing and would welcome you to come hunt with us in Tennessee as well.
