I have done a lot of business with different companies over the past 60+ years being with hounds and SPORTDOG is on top of the list when it comes to customer service and standing behind what they sell "if" you ever have a problem. Great products, but it's so nice if you need to call them that they are there to help.

Love also when you call, no buttons to push and you get a friendly English speaking customer service person on the other end!! THANK YOU.

i need to get hold of themmyself i have 2 of thier blinky lights that the tops fell off of will see how good thier warranty is

It's great. They have sent me multiple blinking lights as replacements. Sport dog is top of line

call them a few mins ago guy told me they don't warranty them for missing parts but as a customer curisty he would send me a replacement so im happy with them
