Jive was an easy starting, natural hound with a great disposition. Basically all we had to do was load him in the truck and take him to the woods, the rest came natural. Jive has a big bawl mouth on Track with a big locate into a steady chop on tree. There's not an ill hair on him and is just a big ol pup till you unsnap the lead, then he is all business and will go as deep as Needed to tree a coon. He will not just blow out of the country, he starts hunting as soon as he's cut loose and is about as accurate as they come. Stud fee on Jive is $250 with a negative brucellosis test required. Return service if notified within 65 days.

Insane Jive on the right and His litter mate Cain owned by Roy Grant with a big Indiana coon last night. Thanks to John Veeder and Roy Grant for setting up this hunt. Also thanks to Jeremy Kidd and Jacob Cox from After Dark kennels for taking us hunting. All of these guys are a class act and I hope we can get together and do it again when we don't have to get an early start back to Ohio.

Kevin you are so correct, the guys from After Dark kennels were the nicest and accomondating young men I know. You have a GOOD hound. but a much better son, and father. You guys out east best get some of this dog. IT IS IN THE BLOOD. On the serious side our sympathy goes out to the Wilds family, with the loss of Danes mother in law. Evan h/d and the rifle

It was good to meet you Kevin, like Jacob said you have a list of references from all that seen Jive in action last night. Folks Jive is not just blowed up talk, he sank in there over 600 on the first drop win his brother Cain and they was hooked in minutes, then we cut Jive alone and it was a repete, in the back of the woods hooked with meat again. He's worthy of some attention those lookin to breed. **** good looking, big mouth, big locate, and has a coon. We'll do it again Kevin.

Jive treed on a cold,frosty southern Ohio night.

Got a text msg from Mr. Josh Howard (Frosted Train). Telling me that a litter mate sister to Jive and Cain won the nite champion portion of the battle of the breeds in Ok. Saturday night. Now get them females to JIVE

Our condolences go out to Roy Grant and his family on the passing of his brother-in-law.

Hunters don't pass these puppies up. When they make this cross get on the list early. I have hunted with both of these hounds and walk to them treed with the coon.

Guy's, Jive is the kind of dog that we all strive to own. If you look at his pedigree it's filled with some of the best reproducing dogs in the walker breed. If given the opportunity I think Jive can and will reproduce pups that will be easy starting, intelligent hounds that will be WINNERS. When Jive is cut loose, he goes till he gets under coon and when he trees he has a coon, he doesn't tree just to be treeing . So if your looking to breed to a coon dog not just a treedog, consider Jive in your breeding program.

Hunters, Jive is from a litter of coon dogs. Why not breed to a dog that is a coon dog his parents were coon dogs, and his siblings are coon dogs. So by that process HE WILL PRODUCE his likeness.

Took Jive out last night and treed 3 singles on 3 drops. First one he went in 215 yards and just fell treed on a layup in 3 minutes, second drop he trailed a coon for 45 minutes through some of the roughest country you can hunt died on the tree and had that one. The last one he trailed out on another bad track through a woods that had been burned out back in the late fall, treed and had that one. Guys don't overlook this dog when it comes to breeding your female. I'm not just blowing smoke when I say that Jive is a coon dog. Come and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
