old fashion style?

Which strain of dogs are throwing early starting natural coondogs? Oe s that are cold nosed, accurate, track driving with plenty of brains to use all the tools. Like the old lipper dogs and Finley river dogs. Are any left around?

I have a 15 mo old pup out of Dan and Black creek josie and he is the most natural pup i have had in 25 yrs. Always finds a coon track and dont have to blow a mile in there to do it. Hunting him alone treeing coons every night. He runs track my buddys female walker cant smell. When he warms them up she goes in and helps or just wait til he trees an backs him. Very accurate nice pup. I would definity try a Dan pup again!! Oh and he has been naturally straight to i dont even have a shocking colkar i sold it. Thought i would buy one but have not needed it. Not even a possum! I think he is straightest pup or young dog i have ever had in 35+ years of hunting walker hounds!
