Competition dog

I am looking for a young beagle that is bred up good and fast but knows how to handle its speed I am looking for something that I can consistently win in the hunts with I am located in southern Iowa so northern Missouri or southern Iowa would be ideal. I am preferably looking for a dog between 6 mo old to 3 years but might be open to puppies let me know if you have something to suit me thanks
