Oxytetracycline HCI canine dose?

I've got a dog with what appears to be either vaginitis or a simple UTI. I have LA200, which is oxytetracycline, but this particular dog HATES injections. So I bought the water soluble powder form of it, but I'm having trouble figuring out the proper dosage for her. Anyone use it?
