Alpha question. Need help

When I'm on the map screen and I zoom out passed 40yd it will no longer show dogs or tracks. If I zoom back down to 40yds they all come right back. Just bought first time using it. I upgraded it before I used it also. Any help will be appreciated.

Don't have my ALPHA with me right now to be certain but hit map and either under dog setup or map setup there are zoom levels. Adjust that.

I reset the defaults in the menu on map screen and it quit doing it. Not sure what I did. Thanks
