tt10 collar troubleshooting

All of a sudden 2 of my tt10s are acting up.

One won't connect to satellites it just continually blinks 1 green.
- no idea where to start with this, i googled it and didn't find much


The 2nd won't track past 30 yards.
- i have checked the antenna connection and it looks fine
- exterior of antenna looks fine no significant damage

Im in Canada so garmins no help here.

Just opened up a collar to check all the wires again. Now it won't even turn on. Everything looks good inside. I don't know wtf

Collar 1 is updated and had a master reset still will not connect to satellites.

Collar 2 is still dead. No lights when on charger or plugged into computer.

Just before all this started was any changes made to handheld or updates done. The one that's dead probably nothing. It would be worth the try to swap batteries with the one that's working. The one that only tracks 30 yards is puzzling. When you say not tracking are you saying the dog icon goes away and a question mark comes up. Without an antenna you should get close to two hundred yards.

No updates or changes made prior to collars acting up.

Collar 1 blinks green once and does not link to alpha.

Collar 2 was showing dog on alpha the losing signal after 30 yards not to be picked up again until back to 30 yards. I opened it up to check wires and put it back together and its dead. I don't really want to open another to swap batteries and have the same thing happen.

Once again I'm in Canada. Some US dealers won't swap me collars or take them as trade or ship garmins to Canada. What about you Bruce?

How long after doing the master reset does it take the light to go to green then back to red?
