RIP Bill Beason - MI

Received sad news yesterday that fellow Michigan hunter Bill Beason (73?) passed away on Tues Sept 29th. For those of you that did not know Bill, that is his Autumn Oaks cap pictured on page 20 of the October 2015 issue of Coonhound Bloodlines. Autumn Oaks was Bill's favorite event and he missed very few of them as you can tell by his hat. I don't think a single Autumn Oaks ever went by that Bill and Katie didn't stop by to invite me out to their camper for their traditional spaghetti dinner.

Katie informed me that Bill's passing was actually the result of a fall he took leading his English coonhound three days earlier. My heart goes out to the Beason family during this difficult time.
