Yep! and I believe it is to be reported to UKC....no point deduction it IS A DISQUALIFICATION so the animal should never be allowed to place....not a good trait to pass on . This is in the breed standards for I believe all hounds go to the UKC website and look under your breed standard.

Does anyone have a show point breakdown? Like angulation is worth this much...topline is worth this many points...? I have found the title points, but cannot seem to find anything about points for WITHIN the show. Thanks.

They dropped the points scale a few years ago and when they did, they removed it from the standards. So unless you have an old coonhound rulebook, you won't be able to find the points system.

Thank you. I just thought it would be a nice reference to have, but I guess they don't think it's needed anymore, so I will continue with just which dog best meets the breed standards, I suppose. Thanks again!
