Hey Trent congrats on making it to the next round in the World hunt!!! Also congrats on finishing Oakley into a Grand Nite Champion!!! It's great to see a North Star dog in the World Hunt!!! Keep up the good work!!

Can't say it enough how well deserved this is. Oakley is a straight up coon treein machine!!! If anyone doesn't believe me, go find out for yourself and bring a female ready to breed. Oakley needs some pups on the ground so I can get one! I will breed a female to him if she can prove herself just a touch more, and on top of that, I'm not ready for a pup at this point.

Tear um up in Flora Trent/Oakley!!! I'm rooting for ya!!!

I can't thank you enough! That is truly awesome of you! My dad and I are going to have to come over and go hunting with you sometime this fall. If I ever have anymore pups and you're willing you got one coming your way for nothing!

At the end of the day he is just a dog that has helped me make a lot of great friends and that's what it's all about for me. I'm no stud dog owner or promoter by no means, just a coon hunter.

Trent it's an honor to be able to help you!! It really is all about having fun and making great lifelong friends!! That's how i met your dad some 35+ yrs ago.. He got me started hunting North Star dogs back in the late 70's early 80's...My old gr.nt.ch. Bud dog had i think only 5 pups out of him,, but it's good to see somewhere way back his blood is running through the veins of Oakley,, And as i'm sure you know Bud's bloodlines went back to the first North Star blood,, he had Mich Blue Rebel and North Star Blue Buck both on top and bottom of his Ped. It's really great to know you are keeping that line of dog's going and they are in good hands!! Keep up the great job you are doing !!!!

Trent good luck!!!!! Take your time bubby and think about your calls. That dog will help walk you through the cast. Remember you have to win the cast first and the rest will fall in place. Glad to see your dad jumping in the truck with you to this big hunt. Best of luck I lived in Greene County and I once was a big fan of the NORTH STAR DOGS!!!!!!!!
