Oh, no....I am SO sorry.....

I just spent time chatting with him at a coonhound meet earlier this month; he seemed happy, full of energy, and glad to be at the club.

My condolences to Laurie, and to all of Dale's family members.

Dale

I cannot see you, but I can remember you.
Your smile, Your Laugh
Your Advise, you kindness
There is just so many reasons you will be missed.
You are now with your Dad and Dutch, I'm sure running a old ringtail.

You will be deeply missed my friend.

Great Man

My heart is so heavy. Dale was a great man. He loved our sport. He was a great family man as well. I have know Dale for 20 years, not once have i heard him say anything negative about anyone. I have never heard anyone say anything negative about him either. As many of us, Autumn Oaks was one of his favorite events. I hope that UKC will have the time for a special dedication in his honor. I know it would mean so much to Laurie and those who knew him. He is going to missed so much buy those who knew him. Rest in Peace my friend, I will think of you often.

Dale was an awesome man full of heart and a gentle soul that loved this sport and help newcomers. I will always remember him taking the time out to help me stack my dogs properly when I first started when I met him.. What a great guy. My heart and prayers go to Laurie and the family. He will be remembered always.

Nothing I can that hasn't already been said. And it's so very true. I can't help but think, can a person do any better with their time on earth than to live it in such a manner that this is what people say and remember about you when you're gone? We should all be so lucky. Rest in peace Dale. Thinking of Laurie and family.
