Looking for a hound in PA, OH, NY, or WV

Looking for a finished hound in PA, OH, NY, or WV. Prefer a male bluetick or an english dog with a true and cold nose. Doesn't have to be shiny or fast as long as there is meat in the tree no less than 75% of the time. Please PM me if ya got any info or a dog in mind.
