Panic heading to Danny Perez's

Danny decided he wanted to take and hunt Panic some so he's heading to Missouri later tonite. Gonna meet Megan's mom so he can be on his way. I just feel that this young hound needs the chance to excel and I'm not finding the time to do so. Therefore,I made a choice to get him were he can be hunted in thinner coons and in good hands and see if he has it in him to get the job done. Hopefully Megan will do her magic on the bench while he's out there for a stay! Thanks,Danny for considering to hunt him for me,Danny G.

Danny ! Here's what you'll here walkin to him treed!!

Megan, surely your can work your magic with one like this!!

At times one always could you some extra help in developing a young hound such as the Panic. Erik Fisher was great for Gauge when he was a youngster. Seeing how Panic comes from Danny's kennel thru Gauge,I felt the need to talk with Danny about what this youngster has upstairs and I'm not saying he's perfect,we all know better than that but boy does he have alot of young talent between his ears. We kinda talked back and forth here and there and we came to this point and time with him. Most on this board more than likely wouldn't like him very well. He shows to be a dead loner at this time. He's either gonna be treed first,or split treed if others don't back him. He's done that naturally, not man made! That's the way he has always operated since the first time he was hunted with other hounds which has only been 9 times at best.He just wants to get his own and of course, everyone knows he's tight on the ground but hopefully that still has a chance to change some. In thinner coon, getting alone also means going yonder to get his own alot of times. The important thing we're lookin for is will he have it in him to get yonder and stretch his long legs to the limit to get hisself treed where coons are not so plentiful! If he can get that done,he has a chance to be a big time winner! Just my opinion of course! I told Danny I have full faith in him to do so! Just has to have the time to adjust! Thru Panic, maybe I can get Danny leading a top blue dog once again. Maybe I can talk Megan into working him on the bench some. He's real easy on the eyes to say the least.Danny liked what he's seen in the way Panic responded to strangers that he has never seen before. Panic likes anyone that will pat him on his head! I'm looking foward to hearing from Danny as he starts his adventures with hunting him! We'll see how it goes as we move on!! I'm I looking to offer another stud dog to the public thru Panic, absolutely not, just want to give him the best chance to prove the blues still have it in them!! Thanks Vic,Danny G.

Roger

Panic got a bit homesick and got to where he didn't want to hunt for Danny so he's back here at the kennel. Maybe I should have given him more time but I didn't feel the need to strap Danny's time down hunting his own and workin Panic out of it. Panic has always gone hunting by hisself at a very young age and when he refuses to do so to me he's not being hisself. Hunted him the last few nights with his littermates and a half brother and as he did like he does most of the time,Split off and get's treed. Ron Jackson came up and hunted Friday night and we never got the young hounds on the same tree which I like. Treed and saw some coon and had a good time with it. Maybe Panic is a one man dogs, don't know but he sure has gotten it done the right way since I got him back to the kennel. Last night after hunting with Bill and his Hank dog,I dropped him by hisself on the way back home and for the first time,I got to sit on the tailgate and listen to him run a good track in a cornfield and work it out and come treed with the coon. He has started to open more on track, might be because it was a better track but none the less, music I've been waiting to hear for some time now! All in all,he's fun to hunt if one doesn't mind walking to different trees when ya hunt him with other hounds which like myself!! Am I disappointed in him not wanting to do his job for Danny, yes but it doesn't change my thoughts on what I believe him to be, a real nice young hound at 15 months old! Later,Danny G.
