So you think Coonhunters aren't humble.

I won't go into detail, but recently mine and about 6-8 other guys hounds were either starved to death , or almost starved to death by a trainer in Kansas. Well the support we have received has been overwhelming to say the least. I've had folks from all over the country call and message me. Have had multiple hound alliances and associations offer help and advise. Folks have offered generous amounts for lawyer fees to help convict this guy. Even had a coonhunter offer to just give my son a REAL nice coon dog worth $1,000's just so he'd have a hound ready to go hunt.

Anyway I thought I'd share this with y'all. It shows how humble a lot of these houndsmen are. And to say thanks to all who have shown their support. I truly appreciate it all.

Sorry to hear about your hound and others,,I hope he was arrested and will be prosecuted to the max.,,that is a great thing the other hunters have offered,,It is nice how us hunters may not know one another,,but in time of need,,we are there to help each other out!,hope everything works out for you

Matt sorry to here about your loss, I know you had big plans for the future in coonhunting with your dog. Did you turn this guy in to the law, is there a investigation going on. I hope he gets what he has coming.

All of us pressed charges. The Linn Co. Ks. D.A office is moving slow, but I guess that's the pace.

Look real close at his signature line and you might find a clue...

Hate to hear about this, seems altogether too common. I've had a dog shooter winding through the OK courts for a couple years now. No resolution and there probably won't be. Hope you guys' deal works out in your favor.

Yep, it's a process to get it resolved. It is absolutly the worst experience of my coonhunting life. I never thought it would happen to me.

slowpoke, i couldnt believe it when read post, made me sick. was always excited when heard about hitman and was hoping he would be rockstar of that bunch. bad bad deal.
