Show people

I don't know much about show dogs but am interested in showing some at the bigger hunts we go to.. I have a female I'm trying and wondered what you thought her show potential was? She has some bench points

Tyson, that is a very nice looking female and I think you show her!
I would recommend reaching out to some of the folks in your home state that you see win a lot or some of the big winners in your breed and ask them to help you learn how to set her up correctly to really show her off.
Even if you don't know them I would suggest messaging them on here or getting their phone number and calling them.
Most of the people I know who show at the national events are pretty good people and will help you out. Especially in the Black and Tan breed.
Good luck to you in what ever you decide to do and always remember win or loose, as long as you like your dog and enjoy her that's all that really matters.

I will see if this helps any first off she is nice looking from what I can see I would trim her toes so she can stand up on them better and take her back feet back just a little keep working with her all the time so she will stand there on her own then just keep working with her she will just get better and better

She looks like she could show on the national level...Also agree she needs those toe nails trimmed back to get her up on those front feet. Could be the pic but her hair coat for the national level should be at its best....super shine that makes those black dogs eye catchers. And now the work.... how does she go on the lead....there have been some nice females at the national level that may have done better IF they gaited better and not been belly crawling around the ring.....lots of show people are very willing to help....just keep asking and good luck! Sorry....also wanted to say you need to tighten up that her little belly looks like she has had puppies recently....just makes her look better if you can get that belly a little tighter.
