I dont know why im upset about this, Im not a racist or anything i just think to ban this flag is like unconstitutional or something. What are ya'll's thoughts on this subject? Just like all the gun control. They cant take our guns "Unconstitutional" BUT they can shut down ammo companies,

I saw a tread on here that there was a bunch of .22 ammo in Canada but there's little here in the USA. Why's that? Would the ammo companies only want to sell to other countries instead of America? Now i heard in a friend of a dad of a friend's brother story (don't know how legit it is) but i heard ammo companies make pallets and pallets of .22 and the government buys about 90-95% of them and melts them down and sells it back to the ammo companies to re make more. Not only does this not let any 22 ammo get into shelves but it keeps the ammo companies in business.

What do you all think?

i think what we feel about losing the conf. flag is the loss of a way of life. a life in which rregular folks, like us, are being put on the shief or thrown under the bus so that a more cosmopolitan way of life can be put into place.
i fear a simalar change when i see so many folks migrating here to nc from vermont and mass., ny and that whole liberal region. they do bring their liberal mind set with them.
but that's the way it is and the world is going that way. all we can do is enjoy what we have and adjust as we can. the world is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. acutally, we'll never see it get better in our life time.

I think that "friend of a dad of a friend" must be the same idiot that started the "game commission paid by insurance companies to release coyotes to kill deer to stop all the collision claims" rumor....the only thing more ridiculous than those two stories is the number of people that not only believe it but continue to repeat it as gospel!!!!!

The reason you cant find any 22 ammo is because the second it hits the shelf {if it even makes it to a shelf} somebody buys every round and hoards it like they are gonna quit making it tomorrow. I have already started to see some of the people around here that thought they were going to make a big profit off of hoarding cases of 22 ammo trying to sell it...and not at any profit either.

Those people that relocate just need to be slightly "re-educated" to the way things are done down here.....good example, I own a bunch of rental houses. I didn't always have really nice rentals, but they are all new built houses now. I have a family from Connecticut that moved here a few years back. You cant fault someone for wanting to better themselves...but they carried with them that northern sue happy attitude that everyone owes them something. Soon after moving in, they immediately started picking the place apart...I started getting phone calls, this isn't right, that needs fixed. It wasn't like the refrigerator didn't work or the front door fell off...no, the brand new well water smelled like chlorine or there was a blob of joint compound stuck to a window!!
Bear in mind this was a brand new, never been lived in house...so, my response was "look folks, I will not be run mad over nit pickedy little stupid things you find every five minutes, so let me say it this way, if you decide you cannot live here I will not be upset when you move out!!!!!"
You could just see the look on their face change as what I said started to sink in. They pay on time and the phone calls have stopped ever since.
As far as things getting better...it's a matter of having to get worse first. When the economy is great the democrats raise taxes to pay for all their "free rides"...when the economy gets terrible the jobs that support all those free rides stop and then so do the free rides. The trouble with the "free ride bus" is that sooner or later it eventually stops and then you have to get out and walk.

I take a trip to Ontario Canada the 1st week of September every year, i can and have bought 22 ammo by the brick at half the price here if you can even find it, the owner of the bait shop where we buy all our license said he doesn't understand why the States can't get 22 ammo, said if we wonted to call before we came up he would have all we wonted.

i agree, it will not end well. the confederate flag is just a small symbol of the conservative, old way of this country. the powerful homosexual and liberal minority will not stop until everything pertaining to the old proven way is gone. now homomarriage is the law of the land, commoncore education system ensures the young are indoctrinated into the liberal way of thinking, obamo care takes us ever closer to a socialistic form of government. we will see how our churches resist the government take over. i suspect the church leadership, as our political leadership will fold like france before the nazies.

The problem is we arent actually the minority. Hollywood just has a bigger mouth. They have a tool called tv. Every channel is full of in ur face homosexuality and they're liberal agenda. They're reach in the kids. Gettin them young. Stop it. Unplug your kids. Teach em good morals. And how to comb thru the bs. Our biggest enemy is ourselfs. We're givin up and lettin them give out freebies in turn givin up your freedoms and lettin this big gov take over. Which is what the south was tryin to avoid. Don't stand in the shadows and allow this to happen. A great country is made from great men who do great things. Just cause you don't think ur vote counts or your voice ain't heard doesn't mean it ain't for nothin. Think of the big picture.

i go door to door with church brothers to encourage neighbors to attend our church. i also go door to door to encourage neighbors to attend tea party meetings or to vote conservatively. i both situations i find the apathy towards these things to be unbelieveable.
