This is my Blue IX dog. I have owned, bred, and hunted this line for 38+ years. He hunts hard, can really move a track out fast, and is a hard tree dog. He also is siring pups that are starting early and making coon dogs. If you would like to breed to him or buy a pup, let me know. NO, HE IS NOT FOR SALE... Fee by private treaty, negative Brucellosis test required...
He is crossing well with several different lines of Blueticks.

hunted a few nites with IX (aka lumber) and 2 of his littermate sisters.......all 3 had more brains than most hounds i ve walked behind.....also started early, fast on track and tree minded....also hunted with a couple pups out of lumber.....they was the same way.....not to mention lumber his sisters AND his pups are very easy on the eyes.......just my 2 cents worth....

I have one female bred to IX and may breed another one later on. He is throwing nice early starting pups that finish into coon dogs. He also has littermates that do real good on coon and bobcat...

This dog has just about everything you can ask for in a dog. Hunting, trailing, treeing and Looks. Most of all, he is putting it in his pups.
Ken Gregory trained and hunted this dog for several years. He recently asked about getting a pup out of him. No one knows this dog better than Kenny G. If he wants a pup out of him, that should satisfy anyone...

Blue IX will be nine years old this month. He is and has been everything I could ask in a hound and reproducer. This may well be his last year at public stud. I would really like to breed some females to him this Spring and Summer.
I WILL OFFER PUP DEALS ON THE RIGHT FEMALES!!!!!
