tribute to MR ALLEN WHITE

Got word today he passed away. He was the most loyal man I ever knew to stay to the old blood black &tans. I first spoke to him 1977 my dad had hunted Wagner dogs in the 50s and 60s then he got out of hunting till I grew up. Then we started huntin them again. After I moved to Montana I would hunt a pup till it was top of the line. Then it would go back to Allen for a stud or a brood gyp. Then he would give me a pup and it would start all over again. Allen was the most honest person I have ever had a pleasure to deal with. I could call him and say you got a pup? His reply which one do you want. A lot of times it would be a first time cross. The Black & Tan Breed will loose a good guy and a special FRIEND TO ME THANKS ALLEN FOR ALL YOU DID I WILL MISS YOU AND THE DOGS I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE TO HUNT TIM SIZEMORE

Sorry to hear. Doyan Moreland called me earlier today and told me of Alan's passing. Doyan won fifth place Friday at B&T days with a dog he got from Alan.

sorry to hear that, looks like him and wife went way to soon. seen his ads for years and always wanted to see some of them dogs go being only one state over but never did. buddy mikes dog has some of that breeding and is as real deal a hound as you can get.
