Is it true that a law was passed that makes it iillegal to leave your dog outside in the heat or in the cold? what a bunch of morons.

i think it has to do if your dog is outside without proper housing , water or shade you'll get in trouble. Basically its saying be a responsible pet owner .

Its on the governors desk waiting to be signed. I just read about it on the news, but they wont give any other details about it other than its a misdemeanor and possible jail time and a fine.
