DC-50 issues

I have one DC-50 that will come on but the system never picks it up, deleted it readded it and it will add it but not track it.
Other one wasn't charging fully, and randomly turning off and now will not turn on at all.

Try cleaning the charging port with a eraser then charge it in ur vehicle sounds weird but it worked for mine now it charges fine

Ya I had tried that previously with it.
The second one now stayed red on the charger all night, took it off and put it back on and it turned green in 10 mins but system still will not pick it up
