Thin hair on walker pup

I have a 5 and a half month old pup that has had thin hair since I picked her up. But in the last month it has gotten worse. I've had to take her collar off because its wearing a sore on the bottom of her neck. I have some skin balm I've been putting on it the last few days. But on her back and sides it looks like she has almost bald spots just 4 or 5 the size of a half dollar. I don't know if its from her running out and playing with the other dogs when I turn her loose or from jumping in the dog box and rubbing her back and side. I know I've used fish oil for my beagles tails but I was just wondering how common this is? I may just be used to thick air rabbit dogs.
Thanks.

sounds like it has a staph infection on the skin which is more common in pups than most think . not a serious problem it's just the Ph on the skin gets out of whack . bath in a good anti bacterial shampoo 3 or 4 times a week and it clears up pretty quick . good luck and any good anti bacterial shampoo off the shelf works well I have used the dawn dish soap with anti stuff in it .
