Kennel Odor eliminator

Well it's getting summertime and that means heat and leads to more odor from kennels I have always noticed. What are some ways you all keep the smell down. Just looking for different remedies than what I do maybe try a different idea. I shovel daily, scrub with Clorox and spray out weekly, weekly fly / flea spray, plus use lime on back side where the water runs out. Keeps the smell down pretty good in hot months of the year. What do you all do to keep odor down ?

Zepp Chemical makes an odor absorbing powder that is the best thing I have ever tried. It's not too expensive and just a handful works for several days. You still have to keep the kennel clean. The stuff looks like off white colored aquarium gravel. I think they will ship it UPS.

I have just been trying this and it seems to work. No worries about affecting dogs apple cider vinegar for odor. Now that is the ones inside of my garage for females in heat. It seems to work and currently my other kennels are off the ground so I just put Lyme down.
