Hate to Put Her on the Shelf

My 3 1/2 year old Jill began spotting on Saturday. I know that I need to breed her but I hate to hunt, especially the big cats without her in my pack. I am planning to breed her to Luke a yearling pup from Larry Anderson in Montana that I traded for as a puppy.
Unfortunately, the only way I know to get the type of hounds with the intelligence, cold nose, drive, speed and confirmation that I demand is to breed them. You will see Clear River Diamond Jim, Upson's Blue Boy II and Smokey River JBS Chief many times in their three generation pedigrees. As many of you know, I rarely sell a dog but it is time to restock myself a couple of hunting buddies.
