Why do they call it "Autumn" Oaks???? Last I checked, Autumn don't start until 22-Sep.....shouldn't it be Summer Oaks????? I mean, it usually is about 90 degrees when they have it.

I think it's just because autumn is just around the corner and doesn't Autumn Oaks just sound more pleasing to the ear than "Summer Oaks"? But your right I was there last year and I think the temp on sat was around 93 -94 deg and it wasn't just hot it was humid.

sure doesn't feel that way about 1 or 2am in the morning when you are headed back to the trucks or satellite club :/.

the days get warm, but it gets a little nippy at night for that time of year. at least it did the times I have went.

that could be because that time of year around here the nights are so muggy and humid its like a sauna, and then going "back east" a few hundred miles IDK.

5-10 years ago, it was downright cold at night during Autumn Oaks. You had to wear a warm/heavy jacket. They named it back then. But in recent years the climate has changed.
