sport dog shocker vs. tri tronics shocker

I think sport dog is hotter. Easier to carry sport dog lightweight collar rugged

If I could change something it would be a wider collar

Tri tronics always has a good product. They worked for me fine

I bought the sport dog and am very well satisfied. And,it is better value and does as good at performance as TT.

.

Which Tri-Tronics shocker are you talking about. Tri-Tronics quit making their Shocking Systems last year.

If your talking about Sportdog compared to the old Tri-Tronics then I give the nod to Sportdog.

If your taking about Sportdog compared to the New Garmin Pro Trashbreaker then I give the edge to Garmin. Several reason. Number of dogs and range.

I had a Tri-Tronics shocker for years work great never had a problem. Then I got a Sportdog it was still under Warranty when it broke so I called them they said they change models I would have to pay to upgrade they no long fix that model. So I took it back to the guy I got it from. He said that he could do not get them to fix them either so I took it Autumn Oaks talk with them still could not get anything done. I never buy any Sportdog product again.

That's exactly what happened with my brother also,,it was only about a year old,he called them,,they told him his model was no longer available, said it was obsolete,,said they would only give him $50.00 bucks on trade in if he wanted to upgrade,,he told them to stick it where the sun don't shine,,he will never buy a sportdog again either

I just bought a Sportdog Hound Hunter 2525 last fall, the thing is junk, I've gone through 5 remotes all under warranty they keep sending me more and they keep failing since November of last year. I also just had a collar crap out. If someone is interested I will sell the system CHEAP!!!! Will be going to an Alpha.
