Tt10 ?

Tt10 green light blinking 1 flash steady I think that means it's trying to acquire satellite reception but never gets it. Anybody have any ideas ? Thanks

You could do a master reset on it?

You are correct with your thinking.
You are outside correct
Take the front plate off the bottom and check where the wire attaches.
Probably will have to send back to garmin
