Voice

Anybody ever had a female lose or have her voice change right before she came in heat?

I don't know but I let a buddy hunt my female for a couple months to straighten out some young dogs and she came home with a very weak mouth. She did sound, like a freight train. I think she is coming in heat now but she never lost her voice before when she came in. She don't really bark in pen so we're at a loss to figure out what happened.

This female just started having voice troubles yesterday. She hasn't been off the chain for a couple of months. I have one female in heat right now & this one comes in about 2 weeks later

Mine is at the vet right now getting a brucellosis test and see if they can tell me what happened to her mouth. I hope it's allergies not something more serious .she did have a mouth that would shame most males now I would call it average at best and sounds like a completely different dog .

Vet looked her over checked her ears nose and throat. He said he thinks it's just hormones . I've never heard of this and she never lost her voice when she came in before. I hope he's right . She has a date with Tree slammin Frankie this weekend.
