Drive them trucks too. I'm in the 541 Heavy Haulers Union. Mostly run Tri-Axles, End Dump and Lowboy. Spent some time OTR, hated it. Running teams was even worse. My Tri-Axle is a 07 Sterling with a M.B and a hate to admit 6spd Auto. The tractor I pull my Lowboy and End-Dump with is a 2011 Pete 379 Ext. Hood Daycab. It's got 525hp and a 15spd. Spent way to much time in them trucks. At 32yo I'm already feeling the effects of it. Restless legs, acken back...

Don't know if any truck driver will be able to make it to retirement with the new rules. They are getting strict, and fast. We go all paperless logs next month at our company too. The truck goes into "limp mode" if you go over your time and other infractions. This system also won't let the truck go more than 2.5 mph over the speed limit or over 25mph without the seatbelt buckled. Sends a message to boss anytime you brake/accelerate hard. The Snowman (Jerry Reed) would probably just drive his rig right off a cliff if he had to put up with this crap.

the key obviously wouldnt fit switch so shouldnt have hurt a thing. i would check battery and connections. then check starter big wire (hot all the time) and little trip wire hot in start position. could be coincidence and bad starter. wish i was closer would plug scanner in. LOL. good luck.

that's what my buddy was saying last nite see if geting juice to the starter it may be bad it could be a short to but i think it's in the theft system because when you open and close the door parking lites start flashing he said it run good till he put the wrong key i know my wife mess her buick up by trying the valet key without the chip in it start haveing issues with it starting took it to the garage they called said it had theft code comeing up then the wife said she try that key had to reprogram the keys to the car
