balancing bloodlines

(1.)I have a wipeout speck male dog. he has in my opinion more track
power.
I was wondering what kinda bloodline would balance this out, or should i just get a wipeout female


(2.)I Have a coma male dog. He has alot of track power to, but i was wondering what kinda bloodline would balance this out
