ukc papers on hold

I called today 2-9-15 to see where my litter reg was they are on hold I could not begin to understand the girl on the other end she said I would have to go on line to fax something. the dam is in my name and my sons name both of us signed the litter reg. why is this so hard. and they wonder why folks get upset so I called ukc all day and have yet to talk to anyone hold after hold. so if ukc is seeing this tell me what I need to do. they also said they mailed a letter on the 3rd this is the ninth it doesn't take a week for mail the pony express was faster thanks tim

Go to UKC home page, click on registration, then click on registration message board. That is a message just for registration questions. If you post your question there one of those guys will quickly come on there and answer your question or ask you to PM them some info. you'll get results quicker on there than you will calling or posting on here.

I called UKC yesterday to find out about some papers. I got put on hold , I was on hold for 22 minutes before I got tired of listening to whatever that noise is they play and had other things to do besides wait a hour for someone to help. I KNOW UKC 'S CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS WENT DOWN HILL. You can call any of the other KC 'S and you are not put on hold for more than a minute or two. I am about done with UKC altogether.

I sent in some DNA Profiles & to make a couple dogs performance sires, the funds were took out 3 days after I mailed it, I have received nothing the dogs are still not listed on the performance program as performance sires, I called about the 20th of January & was assured it was being done & should receive something within 10 days, I called this morning again & was told today that they are very backed up & my DNA samples could still not been run yet even with me mailing them in December.... UKC is turning into a joke on the customer service end....

I am in the same boat trying to get a set of papers straight that had the sire wrong. They got all the correct information mid December, 2 phone calls, they said it was being processed and would be sent out with the next batch of DNA. I wonder how old the pup will be till i get the right papers.

My last 2 liters I sent in in the UKC & PKC papers the same day ,the first liter I got the UKC papers back 3days before PKC and the 2nd liter I never did get the PKC papers back untill I called them. When I did finally get the PKC papers they were stamped Lost and reissuied! So I can tell you for a fact it works both Ways!!
