Inbox full

I was wondering if someone knows how to take care of this problem. I keep getting emails telling me that someone is trying to PM me but my inbox is full. I have deleted everything that was in there. Is there something I'm missing? Looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Need to delete inbox,sent box,,and tracking box
